I love Leslie :))5
Leslie Sansone is the best thing that ever happened to my eating and fitness habits. She's optimistic, upbeat (without being exhausting) - and this book is as encouraging and energising as her many DVDs and CDs, with the Walk Off Weight programme. There is a free DVD included with this book, so if you've never tried a workout with Leslie, you can can do so for free. The info in the book is excellent, measured and useful. Its the healthy eating and fitness programme with no fussy bits or frills, just good solid info. Oh, and the DVD (as all her DVDs) are perfect for those like me, with 2 left feet. Give her a go, I've found her to be very useful.

Walking Wonder!5
This book is absolutely fantastic!! Encouraging, sensible, and so accesible. And best of all, it works! No more guilt, no more desperate crash diets, just a sensible lifestyle change that is actually enjoyable, and builds up gradually making it totally manageable. Cannot be praised highly enough!

Was a little disapointed by this book, as the diet was never really there. It gave more detail on the walking programme rather than the diet.
I do however like this system and i am sure many people will find the walk details helpful.
