Buckaroo!
I had this game when I was a child and it still retains all the magic. Load up all the baggage piece by piece, until one tips the scales and Buckaroo! the horse kicks the entire load off. One thing that is annoying is the cumbersome way the horse needs to be stabilised to the ground. My advanced 6 year old could not do this by herself.

This is a very simple and fun game, because you need no batteries and you can play it on your own if you need to. The parts can easily get lost, but that is the only critism imaginable.

Nostalgic old nag
The appeal of Buckaroo is huge. As a small child it was always a gift I craved but never received. Now that I am an adult I can see why my parents never purchased the famous kicking donkey. The object of the game is to load as many plastic objects onto the saddle of the donkey before it kicks the load off and you have to re-build.
The problem is the plastic is cheap and the kicking mechanism is weak. The novelty lasts for, um say about 1 minute.
