The opening of the cover stretches from 90cm to 170cm circumference. The cover is fluorescent yellow by day, and reflective by night. The cover folds up into an attached 15 x 20cm velcro secured pocket for easy transporting when not in use. Cheap(ish) and cheerful
It's definitely yellow! Not sure that the reflective parts work so well, but the cover does seem to be waterproof, though I've not been out in a real downpour yet. The cover packs up nice and small, when you are not using it.
Be aware that if the straps of your backpack come straight out of the very top of the pack, you may have difficulty in keeping the cover in place, as the cover relies on being able to stretch over the edges of the pack to keep it secured. I stitched some velcro to the straps and the cover - this seems to have worked OK.
This item was sold by an Amazon affiliate. Delivery cam within 2 days, but the postage was a little pricey at £5.

Poor quality
I've been using the Vissi backpack cover now for approximately 6 months and the reflective materials have all but peeled off. They've been leaving a nasty trail of bits everywhere I go giving the impression of a bad case of dandruff! Also the cover is not waterproof which is almost a necessity in the UK! I've given it 2 stars rather than 1 as it is cheap and serves a purpose, though it's worth paying the extra money for a waterproof and better quality product.

I need to modify this
This came in just 2 days and my postage was only £2.66 (and I had ordered 2).

I'm going to have to do a little sewing to modify this as the previous reviewer has done as it does not fit my backpack properly although mine does have an edge. Seems to fit my husband's ok but his backpack is slightly smaller than mine. I must admit this is first day I've used it but it didn't come off at all (without any sewing being done yet) even though it looked a bit dodgy when I tried to fit it on the way home, I thought it was going to 'ping' off. And it wasn't raining so couldn't test that either.

Anyway, what's a little sewing? It was a lot less expensive than one I had seen in my local bike shop (less than half the price!!)and it's bright and I will be seen! And I can use it on any new backpacks I may have in the future. Folds inside itself into a little pouch but I just shove it into my backpack.
