The ultimate Nintendo hero is taking the ultimate step ... out into space. Join Mario as he ushers in a new era of video games, defying gravity across all the planets in the galaxy. Features: Shake, tilt and point! Mario takes advantage of all the unique aspects of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller, unleashing new moves as players shake the controller and even point at and drag items with the pointer. Mario essentially defined the 3-D platforming genre with Super Mario® 64, and this game proves once again that he is king. Players perform mind-bending, lowgravity jumps across wild alien terrain as they experience platforming for a new generation.

Fantastic!
I'm well over 40 and our son is 10 and we love this game. It is one of the most imaginative ones I've seen, full of interesting challenges. We've had it for a year now and still play it. We can't wait for another game to equal this one.
Maybe good for experienced gamers, not so good for younger kids
If you're a "serious" gamer ie teen or adult thinking about buying this game for yourself, don't bother reading this review, but if you're a parent with younger children looking for a fun game it may be helpful.
I bought this game soon after we got our Wii, mainly because of all the brilliant reviews it got. The main Wii players in our house are my 11 year old and nearly-8 year old daughters, I have the occasional go at it too. The girls found the game uninteresting, too hard and claimed all the circular motion, turning upside down made them feel sick! It didn't make me feel sick but I just found it very frustrating, never knowing which way up you were made it plain irritating trying to navigate around. It was just too much like hard work. Nobody played with it for months so in the end I ebayed it. My 11 year old's friend has it too and she doesn't rate it either apparently.
This review isn't intended to put off the more experienced/serious gamers but as a parent I often find it hard to know which (expensive) wii games are good for younger children and the age rankings don't help at all. This may be ok for 3+ in that there is nothing unsuitable in it but I'd say it was definitley not one which will catch the interest of kids who are looking for a fun game.
Fantastic Game !!!! = Ash
Super Mario Galaxy is one of the best game i've ever played, the graphics are great, it is definatly a must have game. But this game is a long game it has more than 100 levels.
I know it is a long game but trust me it is a great game
What can you do in the Game?
You can go underwater and on land, change into bee mario, Fire Mario, Ice mario and boo mario. And SO MUCH MORE.
I'm was so glad i got this game. I rated it a 5 star because it is a exiciting game.
I hope this review was helpful to you?
