Product Description

In True Crime: Streets of L.A., players assume the role of rogue Elite Operations Division (EOD) operative Nick Kang, a no-holds-barred badass, whose brutal reputation and lethal skills have landed him the nasty task of taking down the Chinese Triad and Russian Mafia cartel that has turned the City of Angels into a war zone. Take part in explosive gun battles with double-fisted firepower, devastating martial-arts brawls and high-speed shoot-outs across 250 square miles of accurately recreated LA. In car or on-foot, the unique branching missions include locating hostile witnesses, searching for case-cracking clues, taking out evasive informants and busting the heavily armed and deadly bad guys.

Customer Reviews

true crime5
excellent. at fitst i thought it was just another game company trying to do a knock off gta style game, but it is actually a really good game with a good plot. the only thing that is wrong with it is the ending which is just weird.

True Crime - True Slime!3
Overall, its a good game. But it has some MAJOR flaws. Starting with the graphics, the graphics are good, but not great. I think they have tried to copy the "Grand Theft Auto" series. The game play is bad, and hard to control. Precision shooting takes some practicing and getting used to.

All other aspects of the game are fine.

If you liked the "Grand theft auto" series, and want a similar game, with some features added and taken away, get this game. If you are looking for a top class shooter, do not get this game, it does not compare to GTA.

Overall - the game is good.

GET GTA INSTEAD2
I got this game because it was on special offer 2 games for 20 quid. I also bought Need for Speed Underground with it. It was a big mistake!!! The graphics in this game are rubbish compared to the likes of GTA and its soundtrack is useless too. Also, the stupid controls for changing from fighting to shooting to stealth. Why have so many varieties. One will do thank you! However its class when you get shoot a cars petrol tank and it blow up right infront of your eyes. Thats about tthe only good thing about it. They have put some detail into this game, like the different types of people and the dead animals along the side of the road. Rent it before you buy it!

Graphics - 3/10
Soundtrack - 1/10
Realism - 1/10

Overall - 2/10
