Wow delicious!
I bought some chocolate for my daughter's birthday party - we were doing a surprise chocolate fountain for her friends. I was sent this chocolate in replacement of the one ordered and it is absolutely delicious. I would not hesitate to get it again. The bag had instructions on the side and having never done a chocolate fountain before I was concerned the chocolate wouldn't melt and I would have 16 disappointed 4 yr olds looking at me! It worked wonderfully, is really easy to follow and totally moreish. There is nothing else to say other than if you love chocolate you cannot go wrong with this!

I bought it after looking at the image and having looked at other sites that sell 'dual' packs of Dark and Milk together!

That being said, the chocolate itself is lovely. It works well in my fondue fountain and I use it to make my own chocolates...

mix 1 part double cream, 3 parts chocolate (melted), and a dash of spirits (I prefer plum liquor)

let it set in lines (use a plastic bag with the corner cut off, or a piping bag) in the fridge

cut up and mold it into individual size lumps

cover in another thin layer of pure melted chocolate and let set again

once set, keep at room temperature in a sealed container.
