Should have returned it!5
Just in response to the other review here. I've had no trouble with this brilliant product at all. Regarding your product being just outside of the guarantee date when it became faulty: your guarantee is in addition to the law of the land - not instead of it. So many people don't realise because all the manufacturers/retailers have people conditioned into believing in this '1 year guarantee' nonsense. Some products are covered up to 5 years under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; forget the guarantee! It's not worth the paper it's written on and has just become a cop-out for retailers. They even have the cheek to ask if you would like to pay them even more to 'cover' the product for 3 years or whatever. Next time a retailer asks you this, tell them it's already covered by the law and if it goes wrong within an unreasonable time-period that they will simply be liable for selling inferior goods. Who doesn't expect a piece of kit to last 3 years? Send it back under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act and watch what happens. I've never lost yet.

Looks good, but thats all2
Within a few months of use the actual TFT display gave up and unfortunately because I hadn't fitted it as soon as I recieved it this put it outside the return date for the product. Not all the keys on the keyboard do what they state they do and the most annoying instance is that the " and @ are round the wrong way. The display was never as clear as I had hopped it to be, so presumably the price has been kept down by using an inferior TFT screen. The actual look of the wood is excellent though so rather a shame that the electronics doesn't live up to the quality of the woodwork.
