Excellent value
Arrived in a very well packaged box (would withstand a bomb) and easily set up after a few minutes reading the operating manual. Picture quality is excellent and the audio is good.

I bought this particular unit based on price and specification and having spent some hours comparing it against a range of 'Brand Name' products really have to say that it compares very favourably and in several instances outperformed TV sets costing £100 more.

It has a good selection of input sockets and happily copes with my VCR, DVD Player and Freeview box. It's reasonably light weight, but not so lightweight that it could easily be knocked over.

The attached base\stand is solid and holds the unit rigidly in place, but caution is needed before moving the base\stand as it is 'locked' in place. A small push button must be depressed before moving the base\stand into a new position (my over eager son, who tends to jump in before reading the operating manual, almost broke the coupling by trying to move it without depressing the button).

If you are looking for a fashionable LCD TV that is keenly priced, works well and does all that you demand of it, you will not be disappointed with this TV.

I totally agree with the previous review, this is simply a great TV for the cost. I have also purchased other LG products and found them to be extremely reliable and nicely priced. I actually bought mine off the display (this was the only one they had left and the store happily obliged us, for almost 1/2 price to boot!!!) It works fine even though it was on display for some time. LG is a good company.
