The Blaze TV Adaptor Cable for the PSP Slim & Lite allows direct connection to the TV, and utilises a long 3m cable length to allow the user a comfortable distance from the TV screen which is particularly beneficial with big-screen TVs.

The PSP Slim & Lite will only support output for games via the Component connection. Composite output from the console does not support games.

The cable works as intended :)
Understandably, the previous poster was misinformed as the psp tv out was never intended to connect through a pal television (states this on the Sony website), since most modern televisons today support ntsc signals today this should not pose to be a problem for the majority.

The cable itself is quite robust with metal end casing surrounding the connectors and the picture quality looks good from both AV or component.

Word of warning: This does not display games/UMD movies on AV and does require you to use the component split. Besides from that, wonderful product and playing games on the big screen is priceless!

Does not work on PAL televisions
It was not until I brought this product that I found out via a small piece of paper inside the box that it does not work on PAL televisions. It only works on systems that support NTSC TV signals.
This may be fine if you have an NTSC TV but no good to me or my now disappointed seven year old son.
PAL is the system used in the UK and Europe with NTSC being the standard format in the United States and Japan.
I had to rate the product as 1 Star as I could not write a review without filling the Rate fields in. This may be an unfair rating on the product. Having said that it's a bit unfair not finding out it does not work until you have spent your money. It does not even tell you on the outside of the box or the manufactures product review. Which state it can be used on most televisions.

Cable is good quality, connections feel well made.

Easily reached to the other side of the room so didnt need to sit in front of the tv.

Probably the best psp tv cable to go for on here as ive had Blaze brand stuff in the past and its been ok.
you also got some psp movie converter pc software too so thats cool!
