Route Britain 2004
We found this a very helpful and comprehensive route finder. It gives precise and accurate routes and useful maps. Our only criticisum is that the distance is only given in kilometers apart from that it is a must for anyone planning a route whether it is long or short distance.

Correction to the last Review
The "ROUTE 66 Route 2004" application uses 4 measurement units systems: Metric (km, litres), Imperial (miles, gallons), American (miles, gallons) and English (miles, litres).
In order to change the measurement units, you have to take the following steps:
1. Open the 'Edit' menu.
2. Click the 'Preferences' menu item.
3. Click the 'General' tab.
4. Choose the desired measurement unit from the "Select your units for distance and volume" combo-box.
5. Click the 'OK' button.
