Great pillow
I recently purchased a comfort memory pillow and initially found that it took a couple of nights to adjust before it became really comfy (probably because my neck's been so used to regular pillows that get uneven). It's been a real help in keeping my head and neck supported, I sleep very comfortably and don't wake up with stiff neck or tight upper back like I used to.
It has been a great pillow for me (6ft and average/slim build), but if you're of a large build the pillow will most likely need a little raising to meet and support you neck level. All in all a great product but maybe not a silver bullet for everyone.
Smaller than a standard pillow
This pillow arrived today, so I've not had chance to thoroughly test it yet, but... one naturally assumes the pillow would be a standard pillow size as there are no dimensions in the listing and no mention of its diminutive size, but it is significantly smaller than standard size.
The product dimensions are:
47cm by 29cm. For comparison, a standard pillow is about 60cm by 40cm
I'll give it a fair trial, but this size may be difficult to find a pillowcase for.
had to cut it!
I bought the pillow hoping to relieve my neck pain. But for the first week, the pain seemed to get worse. I found that the height of the pillow if the main reason. The higher end is supposed to be high enough to support the neck, but it's too low, while the lower end should be low enough the let the top of the head to rest on it, but it's too high. So the head and neck is in an awkward situation.
I don't want to just throw it away. So I took my scissors and cut off one layer from the lower end, and put it under the higher end. Then the higher became higher, and the lower became lower.
Although the DIY made the pillow much ugly, I feel much better in the neck every morning when I wake up.
