Synopsis
The Wisdom of Wallace D. Wattles - Including: The Science of Getting Rich, The Science of Being Great & The Science of Being Well The Science of Getting Rich THIS book is pragmatical, not philosophical; a practical manual, not a treatise upon theories. It is intended for the men and women whose most pressing need is for money; who wish to get rich first, and philosophize afterward. It is for those who have, so far, found neither the time, the means, nor the opportunity to go deeply into the study of metaphysics, but who want results and who are willing to take the conclusions of science as a basis for action, without going into all the processes by which those conclusions were reached. It is expected that the reader will take the fundamental statements upon faith, just as he would take statements concerning a law of electrical action if they were promulgated by a Marconi or an Edison; and, taking the statements upon faith, that he will prove their truth by acting upon them without fear or hesitation. Every man or woman who does this will certainly get rich; for the science herein applied is an exact science, and failure is impossible. For the benefit, however, of those who wish to investigate philosophical theories and so secure a logical basis for faith, I will here cite certain authorities.

Full of good advice and inspiration. It certainly gets you thinking in a new way...
partially good
Ok, the Science of Getting Rich is cleverly constructed and makes well sense in itself although it is based not on "science" but on belief.
It's a great book though, thought-provoking and stimulating, although still in some parts rather vague and lengthy for what it wants to say. In some ways it won't make you necessarily richer in money but more conscious and modest regarding yourself and your role in society and in the world.
The Science of Being Great is less clear in its purpose and possibly the weakest in its presentation.
The Science of Being Well is actually ridiculous when you consider that Wallace D. Waddles died (to my knowledge) suddenly in his fifties.
That makes me wonder if he either didn't practice what he preached, or if his ideas and suggestions where simply wrong. Obviously we have to consider though that he was a lay person and the medical knowledge one hundred years ago was still rather poor compared to today. So, actually avoid this one, as he gets almost offensive in some parts (e.g. "Always sleep with a window open at night. If your bedroom in your house doesn't allow that move house immediately" !!)
