Merely amazing.
this book was really a good surprise to me.
First I ordered it from Amazon.com (US) to France, where I live.
Waited two months... to no avail.

Eventually attempted to buy it from UK, and got it.


As you probably know, climbing is 1/3 physical, 1/3 technical and 1/3 mental. This book gives pretty good hints on how to get better in the latter.

Besides, though it adresses rock-climnbing, it can be somehow be considered as more versatile "personal development" book : What you can learn from it, you can apply in your every day's life.
