An added energy workout without extra affort.
The Cardio 3 work out cd has proved to be an invaluable support enabling my own karbo (martial arts fitness ) class to reach new heights of effort and intensity. The excellent choice of music selected with good beat rythms have allowed my students to forget the intense level that is reached with the music beat and coordinated activity level that can be achieved with this excellent fitness cd.
