Chorlton the Happiness Dragon still making us smile!
There aren't many people I bump into who remember Chorlton and the Wheelies. When you do find someone the first thing asked is "I wonder if you can buy them?" so you can imagine my elation at finding them here.

Chorlton is a Happiness Dragon who hatches out of a bizarre egg in Chorlton-cum-hardy (hence his name) in the middle of wheelie town. Fenella the Welsh witch, who lives in a big kettle on the hill, doesn't like anyone being happy and so tries to stop Chorlton and all the Wheelie folks from having any fun.

The theme tune is fantastic, only trouble is if you watch the whole vid at once you hear it so many times it gets a bit annoying! The quality isn't great but what do you expect from a 1976 copy?

This is highly watchable for young and old, for those of you who remember, and for those of you just discovering the magical Wheelie world and the Happiest Dragon around - Chorlton. Well worth it!
