the end of this film always makes me cry, but in a happy way. a great story, fabuluously told. great performances.

for this, read reloaded and revolutions as well. the original is still the best, but the two sequels are not as bad as some people make out. good action films with an above average plot, that's all.

Dark, twisted thriller/horror starring tim robbins. some truly terrifying imagery as a vietnam vet slowly loses his grip on reality.

seminal manga epic. something you must see even if japanese anime is not your thing. the attention to detail and the scope of the animation is truly breathtaking. oh, and it's bonkers like D D!!!!

same director as memento, al pacino and robin williams are excellent in this cop/murderer face off played out under the perpetual alaskan sunlight.

the film that made kevin spacy. labyrinthian thriller with the mother of all twists. excellent performances from a first rate cast.

it's trash, and you know it's trash!!!! but if you like looking (as i do, sadly) at souped up bling motors with silly paint jobs covered in semi-naked models, this is alright.
