	The Lost Room Buy new: £13.98 / Used from: £13.00 Absolutely spellbinding. This sci-fi series is one of my all-time favourites. 'Real' characters, interesting ideas and stunning to watch.
	Heroes - Season 1 Complete [2006] Buy new: £26.98 / Used from: £21.49 At first I dismissed this as an X-Men rip off, but once I got started I was really attached to the characters and was desperate to find out how everyone would use their powers.
	Clangers - The Complete Clangers [1969] Buy used from: £24.99 One of my childhood favourites. This animated series is a delight to watch. It's pure and from the heart, and harks back to a totally different era.
	QI : Complete BBC Series 1 [2003] Buy new: £10.48 A show where you can learn something and have fun? Perfect! Some of my favourite celebs are guests on this show, and Stephen Fry is a genius, he makes the perfect quizmaster.
	House - Series 1-3 - Complete Buy new: £47.48 / Used from: £32.00 Well written scripts with great characters and witty dialogue. Behind the humour is a darker, cynical side which is really refreshing to see on an American TV series.
	Black Books Complete Box Set by Black Books Buy new: £12.66 / Used from: £12.95 Hilarious. Two of the best British comedians star in this quirky and wonderful series. Guaranteed to make you laugh through every episode.
	Stephen King Presents : Kingdom Hospital (4 Disc Box Set) [2004] Buy new: £17.99 / Used from: £11.44 Eerie and imaginative with a good dose of dark humour thrown in. This trippy, dreamlike series will take you on a strange and enjoyable journey.
	Lost - The Complete First Season [2005] by Emilie De Ravin Buy new: £25.98 / Used from: £19.19 Fascinating characters who all have their secrets. They need to work together on the island as strange and scary things are going on. Brilliant from the first instant.
	Final Fantasy Unlimited - Complete Collection [2001] by Final Fantasy Unlimited Buy new: £44.98 A lighthearted anime series with fun characters and a captivating storyline.
	Fawlty Towers : Complete BBC Series 1 & 2 Box Set [1975] Buy new: £15.60 / Used from: £14.00 A purebred British classic. This is family comedy at its best, and remains timeless.
	Police Squad [1983] Buy new: £7.98 / Used from: £5.86 Ridiculous and silly throughout, but the simple humour is what makes this show so great. The in-jokes and gags always make me smile.
	The Second Coming [2002] Buy new: £9.98 / Used from: £3.99 Refreshingly different and fascintaing to watch. Eccleston is a high-class actor and really works this role. Highly recommended for anyone who can keep an open mind.
	Oz : Season 1 Buy new: £14.98 / Used from: £18.06 Surprisingly brutal and well written prison drama. Contains adult material but is worth watching if you're not sensitive to violence. Can't believe I only just discovered this- already made 6 seasons.
