Manufacturer's Description
Light weight Hydro-formed tubing makes the frame superb for urban/street riding. Advanced stopping power with dual disc brake system, which is easy to maintain and is fully adjustable. The forks are 'triple crown' which are an upgrade from the traditional style of fork. Wide off-road tyres coupled with strong light rims make an excellent combination. 21 speed chainset and superior SRAM gearing makes it excellent value for money.

    WHAT MORE CAN I SAY......QUALITY5
After reading various reviews on a selection of mountain bikes, came to the conclusion that this was the best value for money, higher spec bike for me.
After buying a cheap £70 bike a couple years ago, which broke thought i'd spend a little more on one this time, and considering its half price thought it was worth while.I ordered it on Thursday and it was delivered by the Saturday using the free super saver delivery option.other company's charge up to £20!
Well i wasn't disappointed,it arrived well packaged.once out the box i had to bolt the handle bars on and the front wheel, that's it! The gear change was extremely smooth and no rattling on the front derailleur, unlike a lot of other bikes i'd ridden. In fact i didn't have to adjust the gears in anyway, the only thing i did have to adjust was the disc brakes, which once I'd figured out how they worked was quite easy done. It's a superb looking bike and well made, you can tell the difference from a cheaper bike, all i can say is if your considering a cheaper bike pay the difference, cause you wont be disappointed.

    SILVERFOX PRIMATE265
Spent a few weeks trying to sort out the best deal for a new pushbike to use for offroading with the family, I remembered the Silverfox brand name from years ago and was always a great bike, so i took the plunge and ordered one, delivery took just 3 days(with super saver)
was torn between the Primate 26 and the Fiery Demon. I chose the Primate as it was Alloy framed and fixed rear.
I must say how outstanding the bike is, first class finish, laquered transfers rather than stickers, Bigfoot wheels handle bars seat stem etc, sram3.0 gripshif gears which have a remarkably accurate change(with a slight adjustment to the travel) none adjustable zoom branded front forks, and zoom branded disk brakes, this bike is easily built as good as bikes twice the price.
    Well worth the money.
Amazon is the place to buy, there service is truly fantastic, and proffesional.
If your after a new bike go get one, and go get it from here!

    very pleased5
Reviews on this bike are very hard to find on the net, I did find one but it was based on price and description from a bike dealer who obviously only deals in top notch bikes, he described it as a 'bike shaped object' so I was very dubious about buying this bike.....I'm not a hardened bike rider I just wanted a bike to use for leisure and to get to work, I don't claim to be an expert in this subject but thought a review would be of help to others like me. it was ordered and delivered the next day so i started to assemble it. i had a good look over the bike first and it seemed to be very well made, it was pretty easy to put together and it does look like a very decent bike. the disk brakes are good but not hydraulic (who needs hydraulics on a push bike anyway!!) and everything seems sturdy. the gear change is smooth with no rattles and the front suspension is really quite excellent. i am 5' 11" and the bike is just the right size although anyone over 6' should maybe consider getting a bigger frame. The bike is pretty light but feels sturdy. I cannot figure how to raise the handlebars as the front suspension set up is similar to a motorcycle set up, even with the bars right down it didn't seem to be a problem.
at this stage I can't fault the bike, once I've ridden it for a while I'll try to put another review on here just to let you know if it 'does what it says on the tin' but for the money I paid for it i wasn't expecting a Claude Butler and consider this to be excellent value for money.
