Cartridge Inks
This was the first time I had used this company and was very pleased with the performance of the inks and the delivery. Based on this, I re-ordered direct a month later and am still awaiting delivery. I was informed I had to wait 10 working days before Royal Mail would admit the item was lost - at this point I had an automated response from the company saying that they were unavailable until 27th (today) and I have still heard nothing. I am not sure I would use them again, but will wait and see whether I either receive my inks or my money back - watch this space!

Don't use if you value your printer!
I bought these inks for my Epson sX250 a couple of months ago.I did not need to use these inks until this week but when I inserted them my printing quality was immediately affected and the more I tried to rectify it-cleaning the print heads/realigning etc the worse it got.It is now printing just a stripey muddy mess.My only hope is that if I purchase some Epson inks it may rectify the situation but i am not hopeful.Worse still the printer is only a few months old and I was really happy with its performance before and of course by using non Epson inks I have now invalidated the guarantee.
I have learned an expensive lesson I think as my "cheap ink" has probably just cost me the best part of £100.I wouldn't advise anyone to buy these inks and if you do you were warned!

UPDATE-I purchased some Epson inks today and much to my suprise my printer is once again running like clockwork so fortunately no permanent harm done.
