DVD Description
Second volume of kids' new hero Ben 10. Ben Tennyson was just an average 10-year-old kid until he discovered a strange alien watch in a crashed meteorite. Called the Omnitrix, this watch gives Ben the ability to transform into any of 10 alien heroes, all the while keeping his 10-year-old personality.

Synopsis
The boy superhero returns to save the world in this spin-off from the original animated series. When he first happened upon the Ominitrix five year ago, it gave Ben the power to turn himself into 10 different aliens--each with its own incredible abilities. Ben eventually gave up his role as a defender of Earth, and returned to normal life. But when Grandpa Max disappears, it sets Ben and his friends on a new course of interstellar adventures. The action continues in this second installment of episodes.
Contains the episodes: Tourist Trap, Kevin 11, The Alliance, The Last Laugh

Still good series, still very bad DVD!!1
If there was an award for stretching out a series DVD release, Warner Bros would win no contest. In America, you can get the complete 1st series in one box... still not the correct aspect ratio or in region 2 like other WB animated releases, but is better value for money.

In this DVD we get a miserable 4 episodes and one really lame extra, lasting a total of 2min 51sec, plus it's not something we haven't seen before many times on the Cartoon Network channel. Again, the episodes are in 4:3 ratio, rather than the 16:9 that they should be in, making a lot of the picture seem grainy. Unfortunately, Warner Bros are scared of releasing in 16:9 even when the majority yell at them to do so, which is a shame.... and rather pathetic, so I hold no hope in the next releases of this excellent series.

Overall, I give the DVD just 1 star, although, I do give the episodes 3 stars.

If you have a DVD player that plays Region 1 discs, or have some way of viewing them on your PC, then I suggest that you ignore this release and buy the American complete 1st season DVD set.
