Very nice tongs!
These tongs are excellent value for money. As usual for Brabantia, they have an elegant design and look well made using good materials. They are nice to hold and use, and have a very useful locking mechanism so they can be stored without taking up too much room. I also like the fact they have a silicone coating on the tips to they can be safely used in non-stick pans. They are also very easy to clean.

With a 5 year guarantee you can't go wrong - 5 stars!

Excellent - though some might find them a bit big!
Large, professional tongs for use on non-stick pans - at a great price!

It's obvious that Brabantia have put a lot of thought and experience into designing their excellent 'Profile Line' range of kitchen utensils, and you can see that reflected in these large tongs. The 'business ends' are completely covered on the inside with large triangular silicone pads so your pans are protected, and the hanging catch at the other end doubles as a lock for keeping the tongs closed during storage (a real touch of brilliance!).

My only quibble is that they're VERY big and beefy, so they rather dominate my cutlery drawer, but the up-side is that they're large and long enough to cope with all cooking jobs. The 'Brabantia Profile Line' range of utensils are quite a bit longer than your average kitchen tools, so you might want to measure up first to make sure they'll fit your cutlery drawer/hanging rail. These tongs are 12.5"/32cm long and 2.5"/6.5cm wide.

This product is a god send, i dont know how i used to manage without them, the lock enables them to be put away in a draw when they are not in use, they are space saving, strong and they are easy to clean. all in all these are a perfect choice, and i would definatly buy another pair.
