This is the mount that should have come with my tomtom
Bought this to replace the original one which kept falling off my screen. Its a real pleasure to use, hasnt fallen off the screen once during use, the look and feel is quality. Having to buy another as the other half ended up with the old naff mount and she wants one of these now! So much better than the Tom Tom Original !!
This mount was bought to replace the rather inept and flimsy mount supplied with my Tom Tom 930T - the original mount was only used about 20 times in the year since I purchased my Tom Tom, to my dismay the socket holding the ball part of the mount has started to disintergrate rendering the mount useless, the Sat Nav then starts to face down meaning you have reduced visibility. The Mount purchased from Digi-Shop looks and performs so much better and is far superior than the Tom Tom mount supplied and was only 60% of the cost of an original TomTom replacement part - TomTom would please a lot of thier customers if they ditched the mount supplied with the SatNav and used a mount of similar construction and design as this one, if not actually supply this mount in place of the original. The other consolation of this Mount was that it was supplied by an excellent company with outstanding customer service, Digi-Shop, I will certainly return in the future for new purchases...
