great player
Great player, really easy to use and good sound quality. It came with headphones, computer cable, mains charger and silicon case all of which worked well. I was worried about converting videos to the .amv format but the software included is easy to use. It took half an hour to put the entire scrubs season 6 on the player!

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a cheaper alternative to the apple ipod.

Poor quality
This is clunky and inconsistent. The menu system does not work properly I could not change music track nor once I had started it playing music could I change for the radio (poor quality reception) or video without first switching the thing off. The "instructions" were useless. In short this item is a waste of money.

Smashing Players
These Play a video file Called MJPG,the files for conversion are located on the MP3 Player,in the CD folder,unnder English CD,they are really an excellentplayer,so easy to use.
