BLISS!!
I suffer from Raynaud's and winters were starting to be agony with my cold feet, as Raynaud's gets worse with age.
I hesitated before buying this but it's the best £30.00 I ever spent.
Just plug it in and turn it to setting 3.
Wait about 15 minutes and put your feet inside.
I have to turn it down to setting 1 after less than 30 minutes, and my feet are toasty warm all the time I'm sitting at the pc or relaxing with a book in the evening.
Have had no chilblains this winter - a first for me.
The fleecy lining removes easily and can be washed easily.

This is very effective in helping to warm my feet which get very cold of an evening due to poor circulation. The different settings mean I can start off hot and then set it on No.1 for ongoing warmth or top-up if needed. Do be careful though and remember not to just walk away or you could topple over! Got one for my Mother-in-Law as well who is equally pleased with it.
