yup great
I've got the 1kg and 2kg set- they have a nice slip free matt grip and they work far better for my girly wrists than the traditional dumbell where you have to adjust the total weight by changing a disk- the centre of gravity is better and they don't need to be tightened up. It's actually a good thing that they are sold singly as I managed to lose one of the luminous green ones!

My only gripe is that they don't have a 0.5 kg increment- for that you need York 10kg Vinyl Fitbell Kit in a Case(soon to be sampled). Going up a whole kilo at a time is a bit too much for me as I gradually build up my strength after an arm injury. They are ideal for Weights for Weight Loss: Fat-burning and Muscle-sculpting Exercises with Over 200 Step-by-step Photos which require several different masses for the 4 variations of training exercises.

The feedback from my girlfriend who recently received these as a Christmas present is: they are comfortable, non-slip, the optimum weight for her - 'just the job'!

We can wholeheartedly recommend the item to other buyers (especially in pink!).

Good handweight
Ordered this the other day, arrived within 2 days. Decided to get these to tone up and use with fitness dvd's, bought the 1kg ones as a beginner. They are not too heavy but heavy enough to work and make a difference. Like the bright colours, covered with neoprene so you have a good grip. No complaints.

I would recomment these.
