Manufacturer's Description
Ever wondered how the restaurants make the fluffy individual Yorkshire Puddings, they use a "Flat Cap" Yorkshire Pudding Pan. You simply pour the batter into the shallow cup and place in your oven set at the appropiate temperature. The batter rises as it cooks which is enhanced as once the batter starts rising there is nothing between it and the heat of the oven. Just ensure that you leave sufficient space between the Pan and the Shelf above!
Baker's Pride is a comprehensive range of over 50 pieces of both Traditional and Innovative Non Stick Baking and Roasting Pans and Moulds. From Muffin Pans (Standard, Large, Mini and Fun Shapes) to Kuglehopf and Fluted Pans. From Pizza Crispers and Chip Trays to Fish and Crab Moulds. From Baking Sheets and Trays to Roasting Pans. For traditional baking of Cakes, in addition to 3 sizes of Round and a Square Cake Pan Baker's Pride has one of the largest collections of Springforms available in the UK. 3 Sizes of Standard Round, 2 Deep Round, 2 Round with Glass Bases, a mini Round, a Heart Shaped and a Loaf Shaped plus 2 Boxed Sets. So next time you get the urge to Bake or Roast Bakers Pride will have the Pan or Mould for you.
Customer Reviews
I agree!!
I strongly agree with the above comment; my yorkshire puds rose far better also in this tin than they ever have in a small muffin tray and they also didn't stick at all! Excellent tin, never fails to produce perfect yorkshires!
puffin' da 'erb
i made some herby yorkshires with this (bit of basil and thyme) and they rose far better than than what they do in a muffin tray where i just end up with yorkshire pies.
still yet to perfect the art of pudding making though.
