Missed Xmas & estimated delivery by 13 days! Don't trust this supplier!!!
Whether this items is good or not, the delivery service is so appauling it is irrelevant. I am very disappointed! Having organised the purchase of this item from Australia to ensure a Christmas present made it to my sister in the UK on time, this item arrived 13 days late!! Item arrived 31st Dec! I was informed that the estimated delivery date was to be 18th Dec! This is of course well B4 Xmas so felt that it was a safe purchase. Given it was 13 days late, this is simply not good enough and I would never trust this supplier again! My sister thought I forgot her! I have purchased Xmas presents from Amazon for the last 10 years and have never had this problem before, so I feel confident my expectations were not too hight. How will you compensate for this?

Nice, but...
It was smashed to pieces when it arrived. Nice one. I'm sure my wife will be over the moon on xmas morning (as there's no time to replace it before then!).

Edit: Amazon kindly sent out a replacement very very quickly (with us by the 27th dec!). Thanks Amazon.
