Customer Reviews

Cosy and comfortable5
I own the Emu Bronte which are actually quite large fitting. Since Amazon had such a fantastic deal on the real sheepskin Stringer I had to go for these in chocolate.

They are smaller fitting than the Bronte, but the quality is amazing. I am a size 3 and a half bought the size 3, and these are snugg in other words fit perfectly. You put these on and do not want to take them off. The look great with jeans and feel like walking on cushioned air. Even just wearing them round the house they feel wonderful.

You wear the Emu's without socks, yes it seems strange but you get used to this quickly and won't even notice. Just the cocooned warmth and feel of these fabulous boots.

My Best Boots5
I think now is the time to review these boots. I had my first pair last year in black and I thought that that would be enough. I'd loved the look of Uggs but I'm a bit too long in the tooth for celebrity culture so I wanted something good quality that didn't say Uggs or snuggs etc. I'd read reviews elsewhere and these were recommended. I thought of getting the Emu Bronte's but decided to go for these even though they are more expensive. I paid full price for my black ones and I've not regretted it. They are great. Not itchy like wool normally is and oh so comfortable. I normally wear trainer type walking shoes and thought these might flop around too much but I've had no problem walking miles in them. The only thing that is a problem for me is that they pull your socks off! But then you're not supposed to wear them with socks are you and they are the same length as ankle socks. I'm old, I'm strange. So when I saw amazon had the sand ones cheaper for some reason I bought a pair of those and then the other day whilst just mucking about on the computer, I found that those gorgeous blue ones were reduced, so I've just taken delivery of those and they are a beautiful blue which will go great with denim. The colour is much more subtle than in the picture.
As, I now have three pairs I feel that it is safe to let others know how great they are because I probably don't want to keep anymore to myself. I'm size 7 and size 7 fits.

wider than Uggs5
I have a pair of tall Uggs and wanted some shorter boots. These were a good alternative as they are cheaper. I am a size 4 so bought a size 4 and my toe is at the very end. They are a smaller fit than Uggs so If you are a 4.5 the 4 will be too small so get a size 5(some reviews suggest going down half a size but I dont agree) They seem to be a wider fit too, Uggs are a more snug fit The sole is sturdy and feels a bit better than Ugg soles. All in all I am happy with them but prefer the fit of my Uggs. If you can't afford another pair of Uggs or want to try a good quality cheaper sheepskin boot then get some of these.
