Best pair of headphones you'll ever own - for this price!5
Simply put, these are best headphones I've ever owned. Sound is clear, bass is deep, cable is long, they're comfortable, not too hot, etc etc.
However, piece of advice - they NOT suitable for mp3 players, especially ipod, because they need proper equipment with high output. For example, I am using them on my PC (Soundblaster) where I can adjust bass, treble and all kinds of stuff, whereas ipod simply can't do it and reproduces treble-heavy sound with no bass at all. In other words - this brilliant piece of equipment needs equally brilliant equipment to make the most out of it. When all is set & everything clicks - you just can't beat eH350.

*EDIT - 12.06.2009

I had a disaster few days ago and destroyed the cable accidentally. Oh my!
Immediately however I've ordered another pair from Amazon - not even for a second have I considered a different model, that's how good eh350 are!
They've arrived this morning and I am complete again! :)

By the way, I had a chance to test them on various mp3 and cd players, and most of them failed miserably - from the incredibly lifeless flat sound of ipod, to the treble hell of Creative Zen. Cd players fared much better though. I own Sony Walkman NE240, and sound is pretty top notch there. However, your PC and a Soundblaster remains your best bet.

Sennheiser eH350 Headphones4
Bought these based on the recommendation from a clinic for audio therapy for my child. They seem to be good value for money: good performance for a reasonable price.

eH350 quality sound, just a little small if you have big ears!4
For the cheaper end of the 'open headphone' price range the sound quality is excellent, nice balance and adjustable for most head shapes, just don't have big ears or they are a bit tight after a few hours.
