Manufacturer's Description
| AV Mode LG TVs have 3 special preset AV Modes which provide the best suitable image quality and sound for specific types of content. They are easily accessible using the AV MODE hot key on the remote control. |
| | |
| Invisible Speaker Wide Sweet Spot - The front bezel works as a speaker, replacing the normal speaker grill. With the Invisible Speaker system, the speakers are embedded in strategic spots underneath and around the front bezel. This new speaker system provides a clean and fashionable design compared with traditional side or bottom speaker designs. | |
| Clear Voice Sometimes when watching films it is difficult to hear human voices over the background sounds of their environment, due to the down-mixing that occurs to push 5.1 surround-sound through a TV’s 2 channel speaker system. The Clear Voice feature alters the sound balance to emphasise human voices and reducing the background noise All input source (RF/AV/Component/HDMI) as well as Stereo and Mono broadcast can be controlled by Clear Voice. | |
| Simplink LG’s SIMPLINK system can control all the connected AV devices with one remote control. By pressing the SIMPLINK remote control key, you can switch on and control all devices connected by HDMI. When the TV is switched off, all connected AV devices are automatically switched off as well. |

LG 32LG3000 TV
This TV is excellent, easy to install, easy to use, easy to setup, easy to change what your viewing for example AV, DVT, PC, or HDMI inputs.
Only thing that bothered me a little was you really need an external speaker system as sound isnt much cop and needs toying with to get to acceptable levels ( I changed the sounds settings to user settings and maxed out all the frequencies) however such a minor detail and with external speaker system it won't be an issue, picture quality is so impressive and this Sleek sexy looking TV really makes a normal room look so much better.
If your going to buy a 32" TV this in my opinion is the one to buy, very sleek very attractive, very reasonably priced and a must have.
Believe me you will not be disappointed.

A superb 32 inch TV
Well we purchased this tv to replace a model from Tesco's own range, it had only just run out of the warranty period (12 months) by you can guess 1 week, why does that happen? We didn't bother getting any extra cover as in our own silly minds thought that tv's should last at least longer than two years never mind one. So had no option but to start searching the web to see what tv deals were about.
We noticed this model (albeit slightly larger than our previous one (26inch) and can really say that sometimes things really can happen for the right reasons.
The look of the tv on the wall is perfect, no you do not feel as though the tv dominates the room. We live in a cottage and therefore have low ceilings and beams but this modern piece of technology does not look out of place in our living room, rather so it compliments it. There is a choice to either have it free standing as it comes with a stand so can easily be put onto a table or tv unit if so wished. Or for better effect well in my personal opinion is wall hung. Beware though that the price of the wall mounts are expensive though (most electrical stores like the big names are almost half the price of the tv's, so it is worth searching the web for deals as a really good strong one like the one we have is under £49.00 on some websites.
Also as it has it's own freeview built in, it means no extra box in the way and no more extra trailing wires, how is it even when tv's are designed for putting on walls there are still quite a few wires that are needed to be put somewhere? I suppose that if you live in a modern house you could sink the wires into the wall and have then covered, thus not seeing any of them. You know you see the tv adverts of a lovely tv looking modern and trendy on a wall and think great just what I would like, but when it comes down to reality they never show the electrical cables.
The sound of the tv is good (especially if you like watching movies) as you can select which audio mode you think best for whatever particular programme. However sometimes when watching a programme the sound sometimes goes a little muffled (the music can be heard loudly but the voices lower) it happens sometimes but not all the time, either that or we have hearing problems.
The children think it is awesome for gaming, we have the Wii attached to ours and they can see the game so well, so detailed and clear pictures. It must be pushing the right buttons for the children as they seem to play/watch it alot more than the old one.
Also we put photos onto it from the Wii and can have a kind of film show, (the photos look really clear and because the tv screen is so big you can see everything really clearly in the photos) just need the popcorn and away we go.
An easy to setup tv that even the most novice user could use without any problems. One important thing to point out though is that when you try to put it on the wall as flush as possible, there will be a few problems, as the scart leads stick out quite a bit, so two people are certainly needed, one to place and the other to guide it into place.
Good value for money too, but worth getting an extended warranty on one especially if you have a Wii attached, (get the kids to keep their wrist straps on at all times). Also if the tv is wall hung, should not fall off but accidents do happen and after our last experience of our tv not lasting that long worth it.
