fantastic bargin LCD TV
I needed a flat screen TV for my bedroom and went for this one, it's a newer model of the Polaroid TLU01541WU and have a look at those reviews as its all the same with this one! great build quality, lots of adapters, looks great, in built freeview is easy to use as is the remote and the tv guide is ok too. Only thing I would say is the sound quality is something that could be just improved a little but im picky!! its great quality for the money

Great value
We bought this TV for our kitchen after considering the £133 LG alternative.
I didnt like the thought of the bad sound from the LG so went for this one.
Its smaller than the LG but has freeview, so you take your choice.

Overall the Polaroid is a great TV, excellent value for money. The setup is painless and auto tuned the freeview and regular TV with no fuss. Picture is clear and smooth with a few different modes.
We are sending a signal from Sky via a wireless sender and its great.

There are loads of input options which is very handy.
It remembers your last selected input so you dont have to keep reselecting it.
I tried the Wii and also a PC through it, and would be very happy to use either of those inputs with this display.

There is also a power switch on the back for people like me who like to switch TVs off.

The only possible negative is you may not be able to get the Sky remote to work the TV, as Polaroid is quite a new brand for TVs. Google "sky remote polaroid tv" for more info. This doesnt affect us but it may be something to consider for others.

EDIT: Another bad point, if you look at the screen either too high or (worse) too low, then the picture is very washed out

Polaroid 15 inch tv
I decided to buy this for our kitchen, on chance, after reading other reviews and must say I'm very pleased with it, so much so, that I also decided to buy the 19" model for our dining room, (yes I know, very sad isn't it!!). The picture and sound are really good and yes, ok, if viewed from below (40 degrees or less, like previous comments) then, for whatever reason, the screen appears to be very dark (so don't sit on the floor to view it!) but otherwise I think they are excellent value for money. I recommended them to friends who are equally please with their purchases.
