From the haunted world of forthcoming movie hero Hellboy comes the Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defence - the B.P.R.D. In four pulse-pounding, artery-bursting, mouth-drying stories, the B.P.R.D. are called on to investigate death in Venice, witch-hunting in New England, not so-imaginary monsters under the bed and spectral soldiers invading Coloradol All in a night's work! With a brand new cover from Mike Mignola, whose creative alchemy spawned Hellboy, and starring featured characters from the film - Abe Saplen and Liz Sherman - this phantastic new graphic novel will make you sleep easier knowing that when things go bump in the night, the B.P.R.D. are there to bump back!

BPRD Volume I
Mike Mignola decided to have Hellboy leae the Bureau and that is where Hellboy: Conquerer Worm ends and where this marvellous graphic novel picks up. This is Mignol and a team of other writers getting to grips with the other Bureau agents and introducing Johann Krauss. Its a great step in a new direction and a very entertaining read.
