Two stunningly beautiful legendary actresses-MAUREEN O'HARA-and-YVONNE DE CARLO-both sing beautifully,on their debut record albums,that were originally recorded in the late 1950s.Both have been digitally remastered onto this one CD.However both are also available separately.
-LOVE LETTERS FROM MAUREEN O'HARA-recorded in 1958,has fourteen[14]tracks,including two[2]bonus tracks,one of which O'Hara sung on the Dinah Shore Show[1957]and another is a medley duet with Dinah Shore[1957].
-YVONNE DE CARLO SINGS-recorded in 1957,has thirteen[13]tracks,including three[3]bonus tracks.
This is a GREAT CD which also includes an interesting eight[8]pages booklet with photos.
Both O'HARA and DE CARLO co-starred together with legendary actor JOHN WAYNE in his great comedy Western-McLINTOCK!-1963.This would be the four out of the five films O'Hara would make with John Wayne.
YVONNE DE CARLO is best remembered as playing LILY MUNSTER in the classic mock-horror TV series-THE MUNSTERS-which was American made and was originally shown in 1964/1966.
Maureen O'Hara[was born in Ireland in 1920-and will celebrate her 90th birthday in August 2010.-and her real name is MAUREEN FITZSIMONS].
Yvonne De Carlo[1922-2007,was born in Canada,and her real name is MARGARET YVONNE MIDDLETON,her nickname was Peggy].
