ONE TABLET PER DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Wellman® should only be taken on a full stomach.

FOOD SUPPLEMENT.
As with other supplements, seek professional advice before use if you suffer from food allergies.

Wellman® can be continued for as long as required.
A general multivitamin and mineral supplement is not necessary in addition to Wellman®.

Food supplements must not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.

I noticed the difference after only 7 days of taking these wonder pills.

Previously I often found it difficult to lift my zimmer frame over curbs - now I find I'm able to clear small buildings (well dog kennel sized) with single leap. Rover is often startled when I bound past him on the way to dispatch a distant rogue (my hearing has also become incredibly acute - particularly if augmented with my existing hearing aid).

One small side effect though - I am feeling increasingly compelled to wear my aging Y-fronts on the outside of my tweed suit. Thankfully I haven't yet succumbed (well not outside of my bungalow anyway).

Wellman vitamin tablets
I have a busy work and social life and don't always have time to eat all the right things in a day. My meals tend to consist of sandwiches and pasta dishes which can lack the right vitamins I know I should be consuming in a day. By taking Wellman every day it gives me reassurance that I am getting the necessary vitamins I need to maintain a healthy body and it is quick and easy.

Brown Tablets that smell
Like most vitamin tablets you'd never guess if they're actively doing you any good but the pack gives an impressive list of all the vitamins us guys should be taking.

The only down side which does mean I'm looking for an alternative is the fact that the tablet is in the shape of an uncoated brown pellet which after swallowing leaves a strange taste. What's worse, you may get this smell again from your gut some time later. Not overpowering, won't ruin your day but why not just use something else?

One to avoid on that basis alone.
