Recommended Use:

Before: Drink 200-500ml of Pure Energy pre-work out. This will ensure you start at your optimum hydration and energy level.

review of energy drink
i have used this product now for a while, what i like about it is it is caffien free and doesnt give you a false lift, it is isotonic. what i didnt like was the fact that i ordered 2 bottles of the powder and when they arrived one was already open with the foil security top missing - well dodgy.
