Arthritis in my hand makes playing my violin very painful. Now I use the spray on just before playing and have much more freedom to play.

Great Stuff
I bought this stuff after my osteopath used it on my back. I was involved in a car accident which has left me with considerable pain in my back and neck. I have been back and forth to the osteopath and although things are easing I wouldn't be without my biofreeze at the moment. I have a pretty physical job, so just apply this stuff as and when needed which gets me through the shift. It has a light smell to it but one which is not horrible unlike ralgex etc. Where possible, I alternate between hot and cold i.e. hot shower on the back followed by some biofreeze, which I find helps also. Would recommend this stuff for any injury or for the sporty people out there.

Handy Roll-on
This is great to use before a massage. It has a delicate smell and is not too overpowering. I also use after a jog and stretching. My girlfriend uses it before her yoga class and swears by it. It's handy to have if you do a lot of jogging for sprains etc. I think it's what the footballers use!??
