End to Hunger
I have been taking this for 3 weeks and have lost 17lbs. You do still need to have will power to stop you picking. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids as they stop you feeling thirsty too and take a good vitamin supplement just in case. I tend to use them to stop me getting the Boredom munchies at work.

First time disappointed by what I bought from amazon, went on authentic vitamin website and their certificate (wrote in french) didn't mention much! doesn't look authentic to me!
