not suitable for girls or avaerage sized women
Just wanted to advise you not to buy if you are a girl or an average sized woman, - this will not fit you, - it's designed for someone with a much bigger bicep!

I am a size 10/12 and even at the minimum setting couldn't get this to stay in place on my arm. It's just too big.
It's also very hard to get your ipod into.

Too big for small arms
This armband is actually quite large. I don't think I have very skinny arms but this armband is too big for me so I can't wear it on bare skin, which means I can't wear it in the gym. It fits fine when I wear a thick sweater, but that's a bit hot for working out! The velcro is of very poor quality and I'm not sure how well the armband would stay in place on sweaty skin. I also find that the Ipod doesn't quite fit. It's sticking out a bit.

I would never buy this product at its RRP but I got it at a great discount from Amazon and it's quite handy for wearing at work as you can move around without having to put your Ipod in your pocket. I agree with previous comments in that you cannot control the Ipod once it's inserted in the armband so you need to have a playlist set up before you insert it.
