Fun and relaxing4
To survive hectic pace of the Rat Race at my job without going insane I need hobbies that help me regain my inner balance and calm. I go to the gym twice a week but I need something on the side for when I'm at home, so.... I now like to get my Wii and practice this virtual Yoga game, it has a wealth of information about the sport and it never gives you any stress, just offers a temple-like area to explore and two personal trainers who explain how to do various Yoga positions, overall it's interesting and relaxing. It's not totally fantastic mind you, four out of five max, the graphics could be much better and it doesn't offer some of the features that other games have like multiplayer or a statistic of how many calories you burnt today, but I find it refreshing and so I definitely recommend giving this one a try.

no workout, but fun to play4
As a former regional kickboxing champion I've been doing various other sports to get variation into my workouts as. Strangely enough, I found Yoga to be a perfect supplement to the more strenuous hardcore workouts - it helps me focus and build up strength, calmness and self-confidence. Of course no game will ever teach anyone to fight Taekwondo, and no one ever learnt Kendo from playing Daikatana, but its somewhat different with Yoga: The explanations are good, and you just need to glance at the screen to see if you're balanced while performing an exercise. I'd still recommend going to a Dojo and getting the best trainer in their area for anyone who wants to get into martial arts and I guess this holds true for Yoga too, but the game is a really good interactive beginner's course basically. For example if you have the Balance Board, the game will analyze your weight distribution and warn you if there's too much pressure on an area of the foot and not enough pressure on the other foot, and such, so it's great especially if you're interested but have little experience with the Martial Arts, Yoga and Asian philosophy yet. I'd give it four out of five stars, the graphics just aren't that great imo, but if you're interested in Yoga I'd definitely recommend taking a closer look at this one.

Disappointing2
If you want to learn about the history of yoga, this is fine but the training and routine modes are disappointing. You don't get a proper workout, and the whole thing is very disjointed. The yoga on Wii Fit Plus is much better and easier to use.
