Not Exam At All...
This book is advertised as 'Exam Practice', you therefore presume it will be written in the style of an exam. It is not, the questions are worded as those in most text books. When looking at practice exam papers, I found the questions to b every different, and although I knew the theory, I was weak on approaching the questions, hence buying this book. This boom made me no stronger. If you want more text book styled questions get this, if you wnat exam questions, download mock papers.

good book..if you want a C
If you want to base all your revision on this book, this will only get you C/B. It only skims the top of most topics, very good if used alongside other books.

Excellent summary covering all boards
This book is a great summary, with clear topic explanations and an invaluable guide showing which topics are included for each paper of each board. Each topic is clearly and concisely explained, with liberal use of diagrams. This probably wouldn't be a good book to try to learn from, as the explanations are brief, but it's a great tool for revision (which is the aim of the book). Having read the maths one, I bought the biology and chemistry ones without hesitation or even looking at other books.
