Disappointing
Does NOT support either of the 2 dell laptops i have despite clearly saying that it does in the description, and as dells have a universal adaptor i presume it doesnt support any dell laptop.

Also poor quality plug meant that it only fitted into some of the plug sockets around the house, making it less than convient.

And when i attempted to charge my ipod using the usb socket it wouldnt, however this may just be down to the type of ipod i have.

For £12.50 i wasnt expecting an amazing quality bit of kit but i did at least expect it to do as it said it would in the description.

Does the Job, but....
First off, I just want to say that this is great if you want to charge or use a laptop on the go, or as a backup power supply. It does the job. But, it does get very hot, and stays hot for a while after use. It also features many plugs, and I have not yet found a laptop which it does not fit. (Although I suspect that there are probably a few that are not compatible with this product) I bought this for a laptop which I was given, and did not have the power supply, and it is perfect. But, I found that the USB port did not charge my 2G iPod Touch when I used the charging cable, and so it is probably not compatible with certain types of iPod. Another issue I found with it was that the pin connectors for the different jacks are quite fragile, and can bend, and when the power pack is on when you connect a jack, sparks may actually be seen on the connector! So, my advice is not to do what I did!

So, if you want a charger for a laptop, this is for you, but be aware that it may not be compatible!

Dell Laptop
This product was useless to me, as although it claims to support Dell laptops, it doesn't have an adapter to fit my Dell XPS M1330. It's the first Dell laptop I've had, so I don't know if they've changed the adapter size, but beware if you've bought a recent Dell as this product may be unsuitable.
