Bought for my son, to add to his already far too big collection!! he finds them very entertaining, apparently they are the 'in' thing. It has no educational value but so what? The children love them and they are good socially, as the children play together, swop, negotiate etc. Small bits of solid plastic so are fairly tough. How do I rate this toy? I don't. My son, otoh, thinks it's the best thing ever!
