Unremarkable 3
Had great expectations for this. But frankly is quite unremarkable. Sounds like demo tracks by Blur for combining folk rock, pop, slide guitar and West End Musical stage show, which weren't good enough, so they were never finished.

If you hear one track on the radio, you know what to expect from the Album, as every track is the same, while his attempt to be 'edgy' with the track titles is contrived and unsuited to this meandering guitar pop diluted squash.

Like Gatsby's smile5
i met this guy after a patrick wolf gig. he was a lovely chap but to be honest i was more blown away by his sheer ability with an acoustic guitar. the duet with patrick was the highlight of the evening, and boy oh boy can this guy entertain. he's awesome. the music's awesome. every now and then when it pops up on shuffle it just seems appropriate, i always WANT to listen to it. that's not normally the case with a lot of music, you need a mood but that's not necessary here. give it a go....
