Runner's World Guide to Adventure Racing
Great book, I was looking into adventure racing, and this book help me with the confidence and understanding I needed to take part. I thought that it was very well put together and read nicely. The book is broken into different disaplines of racing and you will get a understanding of what you need to be prepared for. I would recommend it for anyone who is intrested or taking part in advenure racing.
Note: There is no such think as bad weather just bad clothing. You will know what I mean, when you take part!
