Technical but intresting
This is a good book if you want to understand the fudamental bio mechanics of the top players. It is a useful adition to a serious tennisplayer/coach's tennis library. There are better teaching tools out there however! If you really want to improve the way you play go and see a coach who understands the importance of teh visual system (see Visual Tennis, by J. Yandell) and read the inner game of tennis !

A good book for improving your technique
This book is a useful aid for improving your technique.

It is mainly aimed at the seasoned club player but may also prove as a very useful reference guide for more serious players.

In all, an excellent book.
