Very good CD to practise your tai chi! I've only practised the 24 pattern of tai chi, but you can use rest of the CD when warming up or practising single moves. Or just enjoy it as a good background music at home. I've heard more peaceful versions of the music for 24 pattern. But despite of its 'cheerful' note the music is for a slower routine. Enjoyed it!
Perfect for Tai Chi practitioners and just for relaxation...
This is the 'must have' music if you do any of the listed Tai Chi forms and want to do them to the proper music. It's also a lovely CD just to listen to and 'chill'. Get it!
