ballads of the mountains
This is a CD full of emotive tones and hugely introspective melodies. It is at once both stirring and pensive. I first heard it in a Tibetan shop on the roadside. As I walked into the cool shade, sheltering from the Indian sun, I stood entranced by the mystical incantations. For me, they evoke images of high monasteries in the Tibetan Himalayas, open plateaus and the spiritual elevation of the city of Lhasa. Very Tibetan, very spiritual, and a very beautiful CD.
100% , wall to wall relaxation .
I listened to the tracks at a store near me and i was totally converted . It's not often that a song , or CD lifts me , and carries me away . This one certainly did that though . I almost feel as if i should be in Tibet , wearing an orange robe . Absolutely mind blowing !
this cd was moving, stiring the sence of awareness .
this cd reaches the solar plexes, touches the soul and colours the imagination. it removes one from the hum drum into far distant lands. the imagination is set on fire while the sence of peace and acceptance comes to the fore. well woth buying just for the solitude and meditative qualities.
