Not quite what i expected!1
If you are expecting authentic Chinese music that you might hear in Tai Chi class,this is not for you. I bought it and wish I hadn't. It sounds cheap and manufactured with lots of synthesiser music and faked "natural" sounds. There is some singing too and it really is intrusive when you are meditating or doing Tai Chi. Look at the classical chinese music available first. This is a gimmicky product and I am not a happy bunny!

I think that this CD is better suited to individual usage as opposed to class work...
