A transcendental journey
This first came to my attention during chi gung classes, during which we would practice to the deeply atmospheric sounds from this album. The music manages to be bold and uplifting whilst at the same time conveying depth, harmony and stillness. Although the album is excellent overall, I would say that the first six tracks are the best, while the rest tail off slightly but are nevertheless worthy. This is an excellent choice for those wishing to immerse themsleves in a transcendental soundscape which will enliven a quotidian practice and supercharge a spiritual one.

Oliver Shanti - Tai Chi King!
An excellent album. I first heard it at a friend's then my Tai Chi teacher used it for his classes. It gives a real sense of atmosphere. If you can only have one Tai Chi music album - have this one.
