Tai Chi
Give this a miss, look elsewhere. I bought this based on the first 2 reviews. I thought it poor and was hesitant to take it to my T'ai Chi class, but I did and the general opinion was 'poor'. I cannot put any of these tracks to any of the forms or breathing exercises. There is no flow to this at all, no inspiration to want to do T'ai Chi only inspiration is to turn it off for some peace and quiet. It stikes me that someone has compiled some obscure Chinese sounding music, put it in a nice package to make capital gain. There is some wonderful music which to perform T'ai Chi, but none of it is on this CD.

Good stuff
A well made album,Does not sound cheap and tacky, perfect for meditation and tai chi.track 8 the best one. Gandhi payed for his crimes!

Tai Chi
This is a beautiful selection of music suitable for use with tai chi practice. It really does capture the spirit and essence of tai chi. Both my students and I thoroughly enjoy practicing Tai Chi Form with this music as an accompaniment.
